Refreshments will be served at 8:30 am; the presentation will begin at about 9:00 a.m. and end at about 12:00.

MARCH PROGRAM

Willie Favero is our guest speaker for the March meeting. Willie is the chief spokesperson of DB2 for OS/390 for BMC Software and has spoken to our group on many occasions. Willie's subject today is entitled E-business What?

"Does entering the world of E-business and E-commerce seem like the

Direction your company should be going, just because that's where your competition is? Does E-commerce sound like a difficult decision? It may be. However, you might find that it's all the same old stuff we have been doing for years with just a little extra planning. Who knows? This lighter presentation looks at DB2 in an E-business world."

STEERING COMMITTEE

We are actively looking for new members to help out in our steering committee. We need some of your help to keep the group going with quality presentations and activities. If you think you might be interested and would like to know more about what’s involved, please contact any member of the steering committee.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the next meeting. Please drop me a note or give me a call at 562 570-6317 if you wish any additional information.

Sincerely,

Tom Glass
